Delivery and shipping methods

Shipments are made through these couriers:
- SDA
- DHL

The average time to receive standard delivery is between 2 and 5 days from the time the order is received. In the case of orders with goods that are not in stock at the time of the order, the delivery time may extend up to 15 working days.

This excludes deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. There may still be delays during holiday periods due to crowded operators.
